QSP SUMMIT is one of the most important Marketing and Management Conferences in Europe, organized by QSP - Consultadoria de Marketing, Lda. This year, the subject was "Understanding Consumer" that brought together some of the world's top marketing gurus such as Paco Underhill, Kyle Nel, Li Huang, Thomas Ramsoy, Harper Reed, Farah Beznerque and David Shing.

Speakers shared and discussed with the audience issues related to deep consumer changes and how these are reflected in consumer behaviors and places, what are the latest trends, consumers’ reactions and incentives and which changes are beginning to emerge and must be assumed by companies in the future.
