This contract consisted of adapting the building to a modern office building with indoor parking.
The Works concerned is integrated into a consolidated urban area consisted of two blocks with independent structure and was once used as an industrial and office building.
The East side of the block has 2 floors with ceiling heights between 4.87m and 30.4m plus a construction area of about 700m2 in addition, the west side block has 8 floors with a deployment area of about 560m2.
The infrastructure now includes 4 parking areas divided by 4 floors, offices distributed by 7 floors, as well as technical areas, entrance hall, kitchen and warehouses.
