The P1 Parking is located near the Pau da Bandeira Gazebo’ Viewpoint, adjacent west to the Telecommunications Street (street which connects to the "marginal" of the city (main street), Rua Almirante Gago Coutinho, located south).
 

The construction of a track around the Parking, connecting to the roundabout built to the north, was an integrated part of the urban restructuring project.
 

The facilities allow the entering and exiting, whether pedestrians or vehicles, from each floor to these surrounding streets (except in floor -2, where cars have access to the interior of the park through a ramp).
 

The park enjoys a privileged view over the city of Albufeira, a situation that led to the design of the building that, in addition to being a car park, is also a large public space, leisure and recreation, with terraces and site views, as well as spaces for commerce.
