The system installed at the company's operational headquarters in Coimbra, consists of 14 modules of polycrystalline silicon with a gross catchment area of 27 m2 and an annual production capacity of 5.56 MWh.

At Seia’s Headquarters and at Banhos Secos, the systems have equal installed power, using each one 20 monocrystalline silicon panels.

Since the entry into operation of all the systems up until today (June 2015), it have been produced 86.8 MWh of energy sold after to the grid.

The system placed at the head office in Coimbra, the first that came into operation reached, in the end of 2015, the break- even point, after completing seven years of operation.
