This contract consisted of a 4 cell renewal and demolitions in cell 9 of Vilalara Thalassa Resort. With an area of 11 hectares, it is a five-star resort with ample space involving gardens and direct access to a golden sandy beach, situated in Porches, Algarve. Facing the sea, on the cliffs of Praia das Gaivotas, the resort has 104 junior suites, 7 suites and 12 apartments all with soft and muted colours.
