The Guarda Municipal Theatre construction consisted of two buildings built on a granite base, kind of leveling platform which features two facing materials: glass fiber concrete and glass. 

The Café Concerto and Exhibition Hall building, with an area of 5.767m2, serves as an anchor to the second building with 10.874m2, equipped with a large auditorium set to receive 5.636 guests and a smaller one to receive 171. This building has also three floors for car parking and the used coating materials was plasterboard in all public spaces and trespa plates in the toilets.
