The OPEN Building – Specific Business Opportunities is designed to host and support the start of technology-based company’s activity. 

The project was designed so that it can accommodate simultaneously industrial character companies, with a maximum of 8, and service companies to which there’s been reserved eight spaces and the capacity to accommodate a maximum of 24 companies. 

The space for the business installation was organized by modules with identical characteristics according to whether they are industrial or service companies. 

The exterior treatment concerned the level of insulation and light inputs. These were priority job basis for the design of the outer volumetry through the numerous solutions adopted and thereby creating hot rhythms. 

The image of the built space has therefore taken the innovative character of OPEN in terms of its function and volume, serving its clear identification as a development hub of advanced technologies.
