The contract, with a construction area of 4460 m2, included a building of four floors and technical sub-basement. 

Domus Aeminium complex, consisting of the Home Support Service (SAD) as well as a Home for the Elderly, with 40 rooms has a capacity for 80 users, integrating a physical therapy clinic with recovery and wellness pool.
