In the contract of the Facades and Cover Rehabilitation with improved energy efficiency of the Coimbra University Hospitals building, the carried out activities were: demolition and dismantling, new roof cladding including insulation and waterproofing (with metal double plate and zinc plate gutters).
It should be highlighted the exterior coatings renovation and improvement, insulation, stonework facades restoration, locksmith's works and aluminium framework restoration or replacement, cleaning and / or replacement of shutters, network of rainwater renovation and rehabilitation.
