The work of Fojo Retail Park included a commercial surface with two insignias, one being the Brico Depôt. 

The work consisted of the demolition of a 47 meters high chimney, belonging to the former company Cerâmica do Fojo, which was compromising the community security.

Along with the building construction it was also requalified one of the streets, giving access to the Train Station (Coimbrões) as well as the water drainage system of Vila Nova de Gaia, in a critical section. 

This work allowed the remodelling of a city deteriorated area, giving it a more attractive image with the Retail Park construction and through the surrounding area redevelopment including bike lanes, widening sidewalks and people access with reduced mobility. The work also contemplated a Parking Lot that contributed to the decline of Bitumen areas.
