The new building occupies an area of 3000m2, spread over three floors high, a courtyard garden and a tennis court. The new space also has seven laboratories, four computer rooms and three workshops. The construction of ESEACD incorporated the soundproofing and multifunctionality of spaces as well as the use of energy resources and sun exposure.
