The Geriatric Center of Laveiras located in Oeiras, where the ground floor has a rectangular shape and is structured around an interior courtyard, landscaped, equipped with shade, wooden flooring deck, meant for the foreign guests' users.

The first floor contains a set of 20 individual accommodation rooms, twin and double rooms, also equipped with adapted individual toilets.

This set of rooms is complemented by support areas such as living rooms equipped with balconies, assisted bathing rooms, laundry and general storage.

This room module is further supported by an outdoor balcony with wooden deck floor, dedicated to users.
