The recovery of the Old Grind building, in Fundão led to the conversion in the House of Culture.

The works consisted of an auditorium the creation with capacity for 170 people, serving as a concert hall, conference and cinema, all on the first floor. In the second floor, there are areas of administrative support while the top floor was reserved for a bar space, benefiting from panoramic view.
