This project involved works of urbanization, creating and remodeling the infrastructures that integrate the Allotment operation of the Tourism Development Area 3, Carvalhal. 

The most important elements of the work were the implementation of the road network and connections to Carvalhal and Lagos, Water Supply Infrastructure, Irrigation Water Supply Infrastructure, Wastewater and Storm water Drainage Infrastructure, Gas Infrastructure (distribution network), Electric Infrastructure, Telecommunications and Landscape Infrastructure - including a Bicycle Path and Street Furniture.
