This contract involved the construction of a school with a construction area of ​​over 5.000m2 and the following facilities: 10 classrooms, 5 artistic expression class rooms, 3 training rooms, 2 study rooms, computer room, multipurpose room, library, kitchen and dining room. The New Elementary School was also equipped with outdoor spaces, a sports hall and an indoor pool.
