Focusing in a construction area of 3.000m2 and 1.500m2 of green and surrounding areas, this work consisted of a building construction intended to house laboratories, along with Meeting Rooms, Dressing Room, Warehouse, Technical Area, Storage, Antechambers, as well as a robotic soccer field with the standard dimensions internationally recognized for competition.

The project took into account the need, on one hand, to maintain the framework for the surrounding green area, and secondly, to keep the building’s characteristic traces of the University, particularly the facades in order to face bricks.
