The project involved the partial demolition of the Frei André da Veiga Elementary School and the construction of a new space with 16.000m2, designed to accommodate 1st , 2nd and 3rd cycle students and even a Kindergarten. 

For the pre-school, at level 0, there are 4 rooms (with one being intended for diverse activities), the 1st cycle has the benefit of 10 classrooms and the 2nd has 8 classrooms. The 3rd, in turn, now has 6 classrooms, adding specific rooms for the experimental sciences, computer science, visual and technological education as well as music education.

On the 1st floor were installed several divisions such as refectory, the auditorium with capacity of 180 seats, students lounge and the school library. On this floor it was also designed one partial outdoor/indoor activity space and a fitness center.
