In Biocant Park, Cantanhede, whose land area as about 70.000m2, was built the Technology Transfer Center occupying an area of 2000m2 and is divided into two floors with several laboratories.
The objective was to provide the Biocant Park with the ability to do specialized research in order to achieve high scientific relevance contracts with multinationals that can also be installed in Cantanhede Technological Park, making this the first Portuguese biotech park.
