The execution of the contract "Wastewater Drainage Network of S.João, S.Vicente Pereira /SIMRIA and Central connection emitter of SIMRIA from Sargaçal - Válega allowed access to public sanitation to about 8000 people, living in S.João, S.Vicente Pereira and Válega. This work included the construction of 68.42 km of wastewater network, 40 km of lift stations, 11 pumping stations and 2,800 extensions for home-based sanitation.
