The work conducted by the MRG Group and designed by Jorge Mealha, Ph.D. Arch., was awarded in the international competition for architects, designers, construction and industry sector, with the Winner 2015 award in the category Architecture – Public. The Iconic Awards is an international architecture and design competition that focuses on how those two areas interact.

The award recognizes the visionary architecture, innovative and sustainable communication in all fields of architecture, construction and real estate as also as the manufacturing into five main categories.
